Help Desk Services

Axle IT can provide a number of different support plans to suit your needs.  All of our services can be tailored to suit any requirement or budget. 

Our standard hourly rate outside a service agreement is $130 ex GST. 

Any hosting problems due to our infrastructure are not charged to the client.

Our IT Support Plans

Bi-Monthly Service Agreement

  • One 2 hour onsite maintenance of PC and Server Equipment, every 8 weeks.
  • 2 hour problem response service level agreement.
  • Unlimited telephone support on IT infrastructure releated problems (excludes application problems outside our control, this will be transferred to the relevant vender support channels.  Each incident can not exceed 60 minutes).
  • Server remote support (Includes remote support of your terminal server and thin clients, and therefore cost saving can be significant compared to PC support).
  • Server Health Check, including virus updates, security patches and backup testing. 

Monthly Service Agreement

  • Regular monthly onsite maintenance of PC and Server Equipment (maximum of 5 hours per calendar month).
  • 2 hour problem response service level agreement.
  • Unlimited telephone support on IT infrastructure releated problems (excludes application problems outside our control, this will be transferred to the relevant vender support channels.  Each incident can not exceed 60 minutes).
  • Server remote support (Includes remote support of your terminal server and thin clients, and therefore cost saving can be significant compared to PC support).
  • Server Health Check, including virus updates, security patches and backup testing. 

Weekly Service Agreement

  • Regular weekly onsite maintenance of PC and Server Equipment (maximum of 10 hours per month).
  • 1 hour problem response service level agreement.
  • Software installations of third-party software (clear instructions must be provided).
  • Unlimited telephone support on IT infrastructure releated problems (excludes application problems outside our control, this will be transferred to the relevant vender support channels.  Each incident can not exceed 60 minutes).
  • Server remote support (Includes remote support of your terminal server and thin clients, and therefore cost saving can be significant compared to PC support).
  • Server Health Check, including virus updates, security patches and backup testing. 

Telephone Only Service Agreement

  • 2 hour problem response service level agreement.
  • Unlimited telephone support on IT infrastructure releated problems (excludes application problems outside our control, this will be transferred to the relevant vender support channels.  Each incident can not exceed 60 minutes).
  • Server remote support (Includes remote support of your terminal server and thin clients, and therefore cost saving can be significant compared to PC support).
  • Server Health Check, including virus updates, security patches and backup testing.
