• Three month historical retention of client data (additional backup requirements can be implemented for an additional charge).
• Client data can be copied locally over the internet if required, or we can arrange a CD, DVD, or USB backup to be shipped to the client. 
• Client data is backed up daily, while offsite data is taken fortnightly.
• Client data is stored on fully redundant hard drives.
• Server equipment is image backed up nightly to an external storage array and can be restored quickly.

We also provide a Continuous Data Protection (CDP) facility for all our hosted servers.  Backups and images of client servers can be taken hourly if required.  This also allows clients to restore their own data if authorised.  How many times have you deleted a document and wished you could easily restore it within minutes?
