We'll setup your software on our secure server farm, and give you the necessary credentials to access the application remotely.

We place the highest priority on the security of your data. Your applications will be setup on our servers, and the data will be locked down to your own security IDs and pin codes.

We can also allow access to Paperless Office Software to allow the Bookkeeper or Accountant to work remotely, without the need to ever go onsite and incur unnecessary costs.  The software also comes with free licences for your clients to access.

How Does it Work?

Your applications are installed on our Clustered Server Farm. Applications are then accessed remotely over the Internet. Access is over a secure 128bit encrypted tunnel and protected by firewalls and policies. The Portal Server confirms the credentials of each user, and based on their unique client code they're mapped to their own application and data storage.  By design, it's impossible for client IDs to map to anothers client's data.
